Permanant yellow triangles next to folders HELP NEEDED PLEASE

ive been on plex a while now and bought a plex pass too
but im getting a bit fed up with it keep losing my server

every 2 weeks or so it goes from working great to nothing

it lets me choose my server and customise home screen with my moviws and tv etc but when i finish setup all the libriaries just have the yellow triangle by them with the exclamation mark in them i really want to get this sorted for my lazy film watching xmas but just need some help please

I have 2 nvidia sheilds i think they probably are getting mixed uop
i have all my stuff on a synology 16tb nas and usuallu use plex on the sheild to access it all
can somebody please help?

Maybe better to setup Plex server on your Synology NAS, rather than having it on the Nvidia shield as it’s the Synology that has your media

plex is installed on my synology i just have plex on the sheild to open it all to play it

also my 3500 films all seem to have dissapeared from my nas

When you say disappeared, do you mean the media files themselves have disappeared? If not, try creating a new library and see if you can access that from one of your Shields

yes all the files themselves have gone

3500 hd movies

taken me over 10 yeras to get it all sorted and now they are gone

all this because Plex Fuc**d up once again

im sick to death of Plex

even the plex pass was a waste of money

plex is so dated it still works the same as it did 10 plus years ago

I take it you have ticked “Allow media deletion” in the library settings? Otherwise Plex will not delete your media. Also it’s always been the case that you should keep a backup of your data.
