Cannot get Plex for Xbox One to do anything except throw “An unexpected error has occurred.” Other clients can view the library just fine, and logs show there’s some connectivity - but the app won’t do anything except return that error.
Server is current PlexPass version for Ubuntu (have also tried current public version). I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app as well.
Attached log is everything that shows in Plex Media Server.log whenever I hit Go Home or Retry on the error screen.
I seem to have fixed it. I manually specified the remote access port and made sure it was forwarded on my router, uninstalled the Plex app, restarted the Xbox and reinstalled. Not sure which (if any) of those fixed it, but now it’s working.
