Hi guys. I tried to add some personal videos as showed in the attachment. The funny thing is that Plex recognise the first 4 files but not the others. What can I do?

Try a Plex Dance
Then upload PMS Logs
Plex Dance didn’t work.
Attached, the log file
Plex Media Server Logs_2022-01-26_21-48-13.zip (3.7 MB)
Hmmm…What type of library do you have your NFL-2021 episodes in ?
Looks like it triggers OpenSubtitles agent, so I would guess it’s a Show type of library, and not a personal library of the type Other Video ?
( It should be in that)
Also, I noticed that you are not following the naming std, and this WILL lead to non-matching, as well as bad matching!
Like:
[/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/Series/Naruto Shippuden/Naruto Shippuden - 492 [IK].mp4]
Should be:
[/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/Series/Naruto Shippūden (2007) {tvdb-79824}/Season 01/Naruto Shippuden - S01E492 - [IK].mp4]
If the show is set to tvdb absolute order
Ref: https://thetvdb.com/series/naruto-shippuden/seasons/absolute/1
If going by tmdb (Recommended) it should be:
[/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/Series/Naruto Shippuden (2007) {tmdb-31910/Season 20/Naruto Shippuden - S20E492 - [IK].mp4]
Ref: Naruto Shippūden (TV Series 2007-2017) — The Movie Database (TMDB)
Notice for both above , that you are missing the mandatory Season xx folder!
Also note, that to help your agents, I added either tmdb-id or tvdb-id
Also:
[/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/Series/Friends/Temporada 1/Friends - 1x09 - El de la fiesta de acción de gracias.avi]
Should be:
[/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia/Series/Friends (1994) {tmdb-1668}/Season 01/Friends - S01E09 - El de la fiesta de acción de gracias.avi]

Lastly, you did place your medias in /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Multimedia
Please see:
I know the files are not named correctly but it works well. I changed only the files Plex didn’t recognized directly.
The change from “other video” to “show” didn’t solved the problem as I can only still see the files I mentioned in my first post (which to me is weird as some of them are recognized but others not uaing the same naming…)
That’s sadly a road to future problems ![]()
Describe exactly what you did here
This is how it is now with “other videos” and not “show”. Not sure why is triggering OpenSubtitles agents…
Any idea @dane22 why this might be wrong?
Did you after the move do a Plex Dance ?
If not, then do it now
Yes, I did
Do another Plex Dance on the NFL videos, and right after that, upload a zip with the logs
