Philips Android TV: AC3 5.1 not playing

Soundbar: Polk Magnifi Max SR

Plex passthrough disabled
TV digital out format: Multichannel

So after fixing DD+ (EAC3 5.1) in Philips Android TV, not playing series

I am now running into DD (AC3 5.1) issues. I get the error: “An error occurred while attempting to play this video”

The TV and soundbar do support Dolby digital.
