On my various Philips Android TVs the Plex app used to work fine until the new player was introduced. Now, if I try and play anything I must disable the ‘new player’ feature in the settings otherwise the app just crashes when trying to load the file.
I played with the settings and I found this : I can use the new player but I need to choose the option to set the quality stream to auto to play all videos.
