Hi there,
I just started archiving my photos on Plex. Unfortunately there is a “problem”, where I don’t know if I messed something up, or Plex just works like that.
My Photo folders are like this:
2016
│ ├ 2016.08.04 Vacation
│ │ └ Original Files
│ ├ 2016.09.03 Birthday
│ │ └ Original JPG
│ │ └ Video Files
│ ├ 2016.12.25 Christmas
│ │ └ Original Files
2017
│ ├2017.01.05 Event
│ │ └ Original Files
So, In every event folder there are all the edited files from that day/event in the root. In its subfolders I have all of the other footage (raw, unedited, unused, video files and so on).It all shows up correctly in Plex, but when I click on the first image in the “root” folder of an event and click “next”, it shows me the same photo from the unedited folder, or whatever is next in the unedited folder (I guess it shows all of the file names in order with all of the subfolders…)
So, if in the “root” folder of an event there are the images 001-edited and 006-edited, it will show me 002, 003, 004 and so on from the unedited subfolder in between.
Is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?
I know that there is the .plexignore solution to hide the subfolders, but I want them on Plex too, just not in the slideshow of the main (edited) root folder of an event.
Thanks a lot in advance for your support.
