Photo slideshow shows all subfolders as well - Does Moving the AppData Folder cause this?

Hi there. As in my previous post mentioned, I have a problem with my photo libraries.
When I click on a photo with a specific name (Lets say IMG_0125_edited), and then use the slideshow to go to the next image, it shows me Images of the subfolders in alphabetical order (For example IMG_0126 or IMG_0125_unedited).

I don’t know how to fix this, but since this isn’t a problem for all Plex users, I thought it might be, because I used the great instructions by @OttoKerner on how to move the AppData Folder.

Could this be the reason for my problem? Does anyone else with the same setup experience the same Issue?
