When I start my android phone to upload my photo it crashes the server.

Having the same issue with iOS.
This appears related to Photos Library Crashes Server
We’re investigating the cause but for a work around you can disable the geolocation feature on the library by editing the library, going to the Advanced section and disabling “Save location names”.
We’ve discovered the issue and have temporarily disabled the geolocation service until the issue is resolved. Restarting your Plex server should resolve the issue, sorry for the inconvenience and we’ll have things working again soon.
