Picking Explicit Version of Album over Clean Version in TIDAL

New Taylor Swift Album dropped today. Added it to my library and was listening to it on the way into work. It appears to be the clean version of the album. It’s the only version listed under the TIDAL source in Plex, but if you view over at TIDAL, you can see an explicit version and what is probably the clean version. They don’t have any title differences, so maybe this is why only one of them appears in Plex?

Is there anyway to specify which the version that appears in Plex?

I am having this issue across the board with tidal album, makes the feature pretty much unusable.

So, there appears to be a workaround.

If you search for an album and browse the full results, you will see there will be multiple results and some of them appear to be identical, but they will be the different versions available on TIDAL. You’ll have to play a track or two on each result to figure out which is which, and it’s not exactly intuitive, but it’s possible.

Hello

It’s been driving me insane and just like that solution found !!!
You are so right but I even have a better workaround than having to play a track or two

You have the “explicit” tag on an album corner

When you search for the album title and got the result, within the “Tidal” section you have several versions showing and some of them are the explicit ones

I’ve circled the tag so you can see it

Anyway, thanks so much @Noah0504 for your help

Much appreciated

Godspeed
