Tracks available on Tidal.com but not in Plex

I’m running into several instances where songs are available on Tidal.com directly, but not in Plex. I have Plex Pass & a Tidal subscription through Plex.

I’ll give a few examples, hopefully it’s all the same root cause & easy to fix:

Example 1:
New album by the artist “Elevation Worship” has 12 tracks.

My guess, in this case, is that maybe Plex is confused by the new album & previous single having the same title? Here’s part of the artist page on Tidal.com:

I had a similar problem I posted about last year (Tidal - Full album missing from Plex view, but present on Tidal.com) that was solved by working with the provider. (Thread now closed).

Example 2:

From Tidal.com, this album has 10 tracks, all playable

From the Plex view of the Tidal library, track 7 is missing::

Same story after I add this Tidal album to my collection, track 7 is missing:

Example 3:
Same artist, different album “Legacy”: All of the tracks are available & playable on Tidal.com, but from the Plex view, it’s missing 2 tracks.

Example 4:
This new single is available & playable on Tidal.com (Artist = “Dillon Chase”)

When you dive into the single, there are no tracks available:

I’m on Plex Web 4.33.1 and server version 1.18.3.2156.

I’ve had some kind Plex ninjas help me in the past. Thanks for all you do.

Right off the bat today, only 1 new EP I wanted to add to my collection, and it’s missing track 1, 5 & 8. Weird!?

Update: Every issue above has resolved itself except Example 1 in the first post (where the album still only shows 1 track, and has the album has the same title as the single). Thanks.
