Pipeinterface:87 Stopping plugin every night during scheduled maintenance

Greetings! Running TrueNAS 12.0 U1 with a plex pass plugin that has been going down every night like clock work for weeks. I have been trying to troubleshoot everyday and the only thing I could find in the logs was in themoviedb.log files.

2020-12-17 02:07:11,545 (800d97000) : INFO (pipeinterface:87) - Stopping plug-in

Every morning I wake up to plex unreachable. TrueNAS shows the plugin as still running and a plugin restart brings plex server back online. I think this is linked to my scheduled tasks I run every night at 0200. I am unable to reproduce this issue by simply scanning all metadata. My next step is to disable scheduled tasks and see if that fixes things.

I’m hoping someone way smarter than me sees something I’m missing or has any clue what is going on here. I’ve found someone similar posts many years old here Repeated Crashes and a few other saying the issue was resolved in updates which do not apply to the issue I am having. Thanks for having a look over!

Update to anyone who comes across this, I’ve resolved my issue.

First thing I did was clear space on my server as it was near 90% full. Then I monitored my plex server console during the scheduled tasks and noticed a ton on errors relating to /tmp easyaudioencoder

This thread solved my issues

I changed the permissions for the easy audio encoder directory from 755 to 777 and everything is working fine.

Hope this helps someone
