Plex server application quits overnight

Server Version#:
Player Version#:

Running the latest version of Plex for TOS 5 (1.30.1.6497), and Plex quits at least once a day. Usually I wake up to find Plex not running, so I have to log onto the TOS web interface and start the application again. Once started, it runs fine until next quit (usually overnight but sometimes later that afternoon).

Probably the same as this issue:

Disable loudness analysis as a workaround.

Disabled. We’ll see tomorrow morning I suppose. Thanks for your help, I was searching Terramaster specific threads for the issue

Yep, woke up this morning and the server is still running. Thanks

All but two of the logs show crashes due to the scheduled tasks music albums loudness analysis issue covered by this thread Plex Media Server Crashes Overnight Since Update: 1.30.1.6483 - Plex Media Server / NAS & Devices - Plex Forum
(This will be fixed in 1.30.2)

Logs for two of your crashes look different
Could you see if the dmp files for these crashes are still in this folder on the NAS
/Volume1/Plex/tmp_transcoding

The dmp fiiles would have been created at these times

If you do find them - please zip and attach

Thanks

Please see attached dmp files

Thank you. I have not seen these crashes before and I am not sure if they are specific to TerraMaster NAS. I have referred the crashes to the development team
