Pixel tablet volume is extremely low

after the upgrade to the new client, the playback audio is impossible to hear, even at 100% tablet audio i cant hear anything.

the same tablet setting works fine with the netflix app, so this is an issue with Plex.

also using the docking base doesnt make the playback audio go at a volume where i can hear dialogs, what’s going on?
