Playback error, 2000kbps transcode, dns issue? direct play only with Nordvpn, want direct play without VPN

Server Version#: windows 10, ryzen 5 5600, 1tb m2. 100mbps/100mbps
Player Version#: nvidia shield, mi box 4k, samsung 4k uhd hdr

Hello, why is this a problem? is it problem with my ISP?

While connection thru remote it`s only possible to transcode, but i want it to be direct play such seems to be impossible without nordvpn and thru Hotspot mobile internet.

I got a message that it`s only support 2000kbps when everything is set to maximum, orginal and so on. at my local network it.

it`s not a hardware problem, my connection is fine, but i have a pointer that my ISP is using a limiter on the port forward, is it possible to change the port so i maybe can solve it without using Nordvpn on all the clients?

Monitor playback via Plex Dashboard. If the connection is Indirect, then you are connecting via Plex Relay, which is bandwidth limited.

Check the bandwidth settings on each individual Plex client. The default setting for remote connections is 720p/2Mbps. This must be changed on each client. It cannot be forced remotely or from the server.

You can change your remote access port if needed. You must change it in the port forwarding statement in your router and on the Plex Remote Access settings page.

In the router, change the external port number to the desired number. The internal port number is always 32400.

In Plex Remote Access settings, add the new number to the “Manually specify public port…” field, check the box next to it, and save settings.
