Playback Error After Trailer

Hi,

I get ERROR Playback Error after a trailer. The trailer plays fine but errors.

Pressing retry plays the trailer again then still errors.

any ideas please?

Could you let us know which trailer and I can see if I can reproduce?

errr, its a THX sound check - Tex 2 MooCan in m2ts format.

Ah I thought it was a trailer that Plex itself fetched for a movie. So you’re playing a preroll video before your movie and when the trailer finishes and the movie should start it errors?

I could not reproduce this issue myself. Does the video that it errors on play normally if you have trailers disabled?

yes, it’s not just a single video, it’s all of them.
