I have a lot of movies with trailers and I see sometime when the trailer before a movie play an error that trailer is not available. I check that now for some movies, trailer files are still there but could not be played by Plex. I move the trailers out of the folder, refreshed library, put them back, refreshed again. Then they are back playing fine.
Any idea? I don’t want to do that for every single file.
I have my movies with trailers in separate folder, so 1 folder for every movie with poster, fan art and trailer. Runs fine since month but now sometimes the trailers will not work until I do the steps above.
