I’m experiencing a strange error that’s only begun being a problem in recent days. Certain movies that are being added to Plex are immediately inaccessible, locally or remotely, via my Samsung TV app, iOS or Apple TV. It seems that other devices are able to access these movies remotely, but some remote connections using iOS, Samsung TV and Apple TV can not. Other content on the server NOT added within the past 48 hours seems accessible, and the problem is driving me absolutely insane as I cannot seem to narrow down enough variables to understand whether this is a server, player or remote/local problem. The only common denominator seems to be that I get this error on new movies, i.e. movies added within the last week. If anyone can help me diagnose this issue it would be greatly appreciated as I am completely stumped thus far. Logs.zip (5.2 MB)
I’m updating my logs here. I found someone who sounds like they experienced a similar issue and were able to alleviate it by deleting the EasyAudioCodec. I have not attempted this yet:
