Playback Error: An unexpected playback problem occurred. Possiblly metadata related crash

Content crashes with less than a minute left every time. I took a picture of the debug logging overlay on the crash and it looks like errors related to not being able to load metadata:

I am still seeing this problem persist on PMS 1.41.6.9685
