Playback Error: Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error. QNAP

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.28.1.6018-c1f308c6a-x86_64
Player Version#: Roku, Web, iOS

Using Plex on QNAP NAS for years without issue, just upgraded to the above version and getting the error noted in Topic Title on most TV shows and movies but not all.

From the logs:

Anyone know what a Shaka error is? Happening on TV and Movies:

TV/Movie Error Type - MKV HEVC H.265 1920x1080 with MPEG AAC Audio
TV/Movie Working Type - MP4 H.264 AVC with AC3 Audio

Rolled back to non-Plexpass version PlexMediaServer-1.28.0.5999-97678ded3-x86_64 and everything is working.

I would suggest there’s an issue with PlexMediaServer-1.28.1.6018-c1f308c6a-x86_64 and H.265 but I’m no ‘plexpert’ - I’m leaving now…
