in the last 3 version of plex server i have error in transcoding MKV with high bitrate
the last version have minor error or bug but in the ends title of film exit with error of transcoding
CONVERSION FAILED.
THE CONVERTER IS EXIT BECAUSE THERE IS AN ERROR (translation from my italian version sorry for my engish)
There is an link with problem transcode in apollo lake graphics card?
Can you please confirm Server DEBUG logging is enabled (Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced). Save if you make changes
Now please recreate the problem so it is captured in the logs (just enough to capture it failing)
Download the logs (Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs)
It will give you a ZIP file. Attach that file here in the forums and we will read through it.

Ora ricreare il problema in modo che venga acquisito nei log (quanto basta per catturarlo in caso di errore)
Scarica i registri (Impostazioni - Server - Risoluzione dei problemi - Scarica registri) Ti darà un file ZIP. Allega quel file qui nei forum e lo leggeremo.
