Within the last month I changed my plex pass from a monthly to a lifetime membership because I love the service. I’ve used the live TV/DVR function with my Windows computer for over a year now and they finally worked out all my little kinks. I didn’t have to re-install servers whenever there was an update to get remote access back, it finally did it for me. I didn’t have to re-boot my computer because of playback issues when trying to tune in my favorite over the air stations. But now they did an update and changed everything. I figured out the screens and can live with it but now I can’t get remote access back and I keep having playback errors when trying to tune in live TV. My shows, mostly CW or FOX won’t record anymore on the DVR. Sometimes it says low signal strength but according to my HDHomeRun tuner the strength is 100 in all 3 categories and it was all working fine before the update. My questions are can we please go back to the old version? How long before this is fixed? or can I get a refund and go back to being a monthly so if it isn’t fixed soon I can look into other options. I love Plex and don’t want to leave but I also love watching my local shows! Please fix this ASAP!! My Roku’s are Roku 2 (model 4210x) and Roku 3 (model 4200x)
