I get a variety of errors when try to play channels including a generic “Playback Error”, “A server with the specified hostname could not be found.", and others. I’ve restarted Plex, removed and readded the HDHomeRun tuner/DVR, restarted the Mac, power cycled the tuner, and even restarted my whole home network equipment. No luck.
Errors occur on all client devices including iPhone, Roku, and PlexWeb. Live TV plays just fine on the native HDHomeRun app on my iPhone.
Please help me get live TV working again.

You have two ethernets plugged into the same LAN Segment and not bonded which can lead to Plex sending data out one ip and failing by listening on the other.

That may be causing instances of:

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve disabled the wifi on the Mac, deleted and readied the tuner/dvr, and restarted the Mac again, but am still getting errors. Here is the latest logs.

I’m getting closer. Disabling the “Use hardware acceleration when available” option has allowed PlexWeb and Roku devices to stream live TV now. This all started happening around when I upgraded my MacMini to Tahoe 26.2, for what it’s worth.
My iPhone is still giving me a “A server with the specified hostname could not be found.” error.

Plex is trying to setup a secure connection between the device and your server failing to find https://192-168-1-185.55272e8d42c0427a87b1d046629cf1b8.plex.direct:32400.
Your router is most likely doing DNS Re-Binding protection and needs to allow *.plex.direct addresses to be created. On consumer routers this may be a problem as most may not allow you to add an exception or worse can’t be disabled.
