Playback errors on iOS device since recent update

Since a recent iOS app update I am having issues playing certain titles:
“Something Went Wrong Playing Your Media. Please Try Again.”

I’ve done some troubleshooting including stopping/restarting the Plex Server, checking other apps (works fine/no issues on FireTV, Roku, and Windows Apps). I’ve checked the server alerts section and there are no messages.

The common denominator is that the titles that won’t play have AAC encoding (stereo, 192Kbps, 48KHz) for the audio, while the titles that do play are MP2 encoded (stereo, 192Kbps, 48KHz). This hasn’t been an issue in the past as I was trying to play a title that I had played on the same device previously without issue. I encode my video using H.264 into MPEGTS containers using 2 different softwares (I believe one is the MP2 encoded and the other is AAC), but I haven’t had an issue in the past that is associated with audio encoding.

I am running Plex off of a Synology NAS:
Server Version# 1.57.1.3358-5fd2a504
Player Version# 8.12 (I think)
If you need logs please point me to instructions on obtaining them. I can also do screen caps if needed.
