Playback on Android/iOS devices do not work on remote/mobile networks with the Plex app. I can navigate the library but I can not start playback. If I open IP:32400 or app.plex.tv in a browser o. the same device and network playback works.
On the local network I can use the app too.
The 32400 port is open on the firewall.
PMS reports remote access is OK.
I have tried to set the server IP manually in the Plex app, but no luck.
What should I check?
