I have installed the latest version Plex server on my QNAP TS-251A for 1 week (unraid 1 4tb red wd disk with 1 SSD disk as cache and external USB disk media).

I use Plex to share videos and music with my girlfriend who is abroad and connects with her android smartphone (Huawei P10 lite) on the server in my house.

Everything was going well until yesterday when he began to see the error attached.

I tried to change some settings on the server to reduce the quality of transcoding in real time proportionally to the band etc but this does not seem to be the problem. I do not have this problem by connecting from my smartphone, at least for now.

Can you help me please?

It could be just network connection issues
If you do not believe it is that, try and get some logs and if possible from the app at the remote end as well
and give an indication of time of failure
