Plex Server not working towards Android clients and also experimental player

Server Version#: 1.18.8.2527
Player Version#: 7.29.2.16071

I’ve been having issues with playing videos from my plex servers for a long time and I’ve tried to read through this forum to find different fixes, and I do believe I’ve tried them all?

The error I’m getting is around bandwith to my server is not high enough. This is not true, as the server and client are on cabled gigabit network. If I direct steam the same media to Kodi or similar it works fine.
Health of my server is fine. I’ve even tried to install the server on my workstation with the same results. So CPU, Memory of server seems to be not affecting the issue.

The only device I got it working on at the moment is an Apple TV where I’ve disabled the enhanced player.

Logs are showing lots of disconnects like this:
