Playback is playing at 5x speed

I am running Plex on a windows machine. On the same network watching on a Chromecast with Google tv.

Starting today some media is playing back at 5x speed (don’t know exactly) some episodes do it for the entire episode others for plays normal then speeds up then normal.

Some things play at normal speed.

Same affected episodes on Chromecast plays fine on chrome (windows) and android

I have tried power circled the Chromecast to no change.

I am also getting this error on Shield TVs. If I change the settting and have it auto convert it will play the file but during playback the file will act as if it was fast forwarding in sections for 5-10 seconds stop and playback will continue as normal and the cycle will repeat off and on until the end of the files playback…
