Playback Limit error

So I have my plex server running smooth. I have signed in to my iPad and my iPhone and am able to watch my movies with no limitations. Today I downloaded the plex app on my wife’s iPhone with my log in and she is getting a playback limit message. How is it that I am able to view on two of my devices but not on hers even though I’m using the same login?? Is there a limit to how many devices? If I create her a login via invitation will she have the same problem?? I have seen no answer to these questions. Hopefully someone can give me correct answer to this…

Do you both have the same iTunes account or different ones?

Different ones… I also sent her the invite to create a log in and she got the same error

It’s tied to the iTunes account that paid for the in app purchase which lasts forever for your account only. Separate accounts need to purchase their own but will work on all of the iOS devices on her account for the 1 time fee of $4.99.
