Plex Playback limit showing on new Ipad

So, just got a new Ipad, installed plex, logged in, and getting playback limit message. My other Ipad works perfectly fine, not limit notification. Would my login not work on multiple devices? Do i have to buy a plex pass?

I assume you purchased the one-time activation for your other iPad. That in-app purchase is linked to your Apple ID. Are you using the same Apple ID on the new iPad too?
