Playback on FireTV keeps crashing

I’m trying to watch football on FireTV, but every 15 minutes or so the playback crashes and returns to TV listings view. I’ve also got the stream playing on my Android phone and it does not crash.

I tried restarting plex. Restarting FireTV. But the issue remains.

I just tried recording the Live TV. Now when I try to watch the live recording, Plex for FireTV crashes to the main FireTV home screen.

Just noticing that on my Linux server, the Plex Transcoder is active while watching FireTV on channel 7.1 CBS. When I change channels to 13.1 FOX, the transcoder is not active. Plex for FireTV says it is playing original quality on both 7.1 and 13.1
