Playback problems on Plex Free (part 2)

I just wanted to let you guys know that a year later the problem still has not been solved by Plex, what a freaking joke! I still get the sound stutter, at least one other user has also reported this.

Also, it seems that the Plex smart TV app (on LG’s webOS) has become even more sluggish, why don’t you guys redesign the app? Look at how smooth YouTube works for example. One year later, and nobody bothers to fix this.

Is Plex ever going to fix this problem?

Can someone from the Plex development team perhaps comment?

1 Will the Plex smart TV app be optimized?
2 Will the sound stutter problem be fixed on Plex Free?
3 Or do you guys simply do not care?

Holy crap, didn’t know this was a known problem for years. Why does the Plex website run smoothly but the smart TV app does not? These guys aren’t for real, Plex is totally unusable for me. Did you also have problems with sound stutter?
