Playback Stopped

Hi,
While watching the movie, I keep getting this message. My internet speed is 300mbps and so is the server side. Does anyone know why this is happening?

You have disabled video transcoding in your server settings.
But the video file is in a format which cannot be played as-is on your TV.

I believe video transcoding is enabled
The video format is in .mkv

Enable “debug” logging in your server settings.
(Do NOT enable “verbose” logging.)

Stop and restart your server.

Recreate the issue.
Immediately fetch the server logs.
Inspect the Plex Media Server.log file.
Search for lines with the time stamp of the failure.
