Playback Stops at 2:00:00

Server Version#: 1.23.2.4625 (Windows 10)
Player Version#: 4.58.1 (Plex Web)

Some of the movies that are longer than 2 hours stop at 2 hours. Its not all of them. I checked their files and they play full length on a player outside of Plex and play full length on the Plex app on Firestick and on iOS on my phone. Plex Web and Roku are the only platforms I have had this issue with. Any suggestions? I have seen this issue posted several times but it is closed out with out any real solutions.

Thy Analysing the file again. I just tested the same scenarios as yours, and everything looks correct

I Analyzed three files and tried to play each one. They are still changing the time to 2 hours at the moment it starts playing. Thank you for the suggestion. I’m willing to try anything. I’ve gone through the settings numerous times and not sure if it something I’m overlooking or a flaw.

I suggest you enabling debug, reproduce the problem and post the logs here.
Also post the XML of the file. They’ll probably ask for that

Plex has a 2 hour limit if the file needs to be transcoded and the duration of the file can’t be determined. This can happen if your media drive is asleep and you try playing before it has fully woken up. Stopping and starting the playback should fix it or make sure the drive is awake before you start the playback.
