Player keeps losing contact with server, works immediately after delete / re-install

Player Version#: 8.45 (9684) on Apple TV 4K, tvOS 26.2

Hi all, I’ve had this happen a couple of times now where the “Live TV” item disappears from the pinned items on the left hand side of the screen, and I get a message saying that my ds920 is not available. I’m directed to check https://status.plex.tv/ but of couse all systems are green there. I’ve tried quitting the player app and re-booting the player to no avail. The only thing I’ve found that fixes this is un-installing the app, re-booting the Apple TV, re-installing the app and re-connecting to my Plex account. When I do this, it starts running again as if nothing ever happened - it finds all my folders full of content, and I can play stored content and/or live TV with no problems.

It’s a minor nuisance to me, but it is impacting the WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor) so I’d like to find out if there’s something I can do to prevent this from happening. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
