Alexa has been unable to find either ok my roku devices. One a stick and one a tv. Any way to fix this?
Are your Roku devices shown in the cast menu on the web client:

If so, have you tried “Alexa tell Plex to change player?” If not, check to see if the Plex app advanced setting “Server Discovery (GDM)” is enabled (on the Roku devices).
Also, for this to work, the Plex app must be open on your Roku devices.
It is now. I had wiped it out and started fresh.
