I recently encountered a problem is a TV series no matter how can not hardware codec, I use Intel Quick Sync in the Intel processor, except this one TV series other h265 content are running well, do not know what happened, hope someone can give me a little useful help

I have a lot of video files in 4k resolution on my computer, but only this one TV series is not transcoded for playback. I have tried to change the source, but the problem remains the same.
