For some movies in my collection I have Theatrical release and a Special Edition (such as a Directors Cut). On my Plex Server, I have split these versions apart so they appear as two separate movies. When I play one of these movies, the server seems to think that both movies are playing. If I pause it and go back to the home screen, both the Theatrical and the Director’s Cut will show in the “Continue Watching” section with the progress bar in the same place on both movies.
I tried to copy one version out to a separate folder on the media drive, but that does not seem to have any effect. How can I stop this from happening?
