When I play movies only from the Android app it seems to play a random movie. This happens across multiple devices. Tv shows play correctly…
Is there some setting in my plex server or app I can fix?

To update when I did find out I can cast the correct movie if I don’t hit play first. It has to be cast to tv then played. Would this be an app related issue I can’t fix?
I have never had this issue in the past with the Android app before and makes mobile watching impossible.
Maybe you have enabled “Play trailer(s) before movie” and what you are seeing as the “wrong movie” is actually a trailer?
