If I play music via the Sonos App, the dashboard shows no activity and play counts do not increment.
Dashboard activity and play counts work fine if I cast from PlexAmp or play music locally on laptop or phone.
The reason I use the sonos app is because I have a smart home that has certain functions that require the Sonos to be playing media directly rather than it being casted (e.g. my doorbell pauses music, rings on all Sonos speakers, resumes music - resuming music does not work if it is being casted).
Any suggestions on how to get the play count/activity working again - this was definitely working previously.
I have removed and re-added the Plex service on my Sonos (which, incidentally, stopped Sonos from even being able to find my music and I had to remove and re-add the Music Library to get it working again).
Any suggestions would be very welcome
