Sonos play counts and progress tracking has stopped again

Two days ago playcounts and progress tracking worked fine on audio files streamed to Sonos, yesterday the play counts and progress tracking stopped working, which is a regular occurrence which seems to need someone to fix an external service, so whoever does that, could they please do so again, thanks.

This is still broken despite updating the server and restarting a few times as part of general maintenance.

Just updated my plex server again this morning, play activity from the Plex service in Sonos still does not show up in the dashboard and play counts are still not counted, so smart playlists do not work properly. Please can this problem be sorted out properly, it’s so frustrating that it keeps breaking and taking so long to be fixed. It’s been going on for a long time, can a solution not be found that works and keeps working?
