Sonos Playback Progress/Play Counts Not Working Again

Server Version#: Version 1.41.6.9606
Player Version#: varied

Sonos playback does not show up on the server dashboard again, track progress does not get stored, play count does not increase. This seems to be dependent on an external service of some kind so if this can be kicked back into life again that would be great, thanks.
