Playing music problem on Android TV

Server Version#: Verze 1.18.1.2019
Player Version#: 7.24.0.13641

After restart Plex player on Andorid TV (Shiel) I can listen music in Plex app. But when Nvidia go to Standby and then I start Plex app and I can listen music, plex app shows, that music is playing, but without sound. Other sound are OK (from Video in Plex, system sounds), only music is without sound.

This problem is from 7.21.x. I have version 7.23.x and 7.24.0.13641 from 11.11.2019 and the problem persist.

Pleas fix it.

this is a known issue, theres no fix for it atm

what model is your android tv? and what version of android does it run?

I have NVidia Shield TV 2017 with Android 9 (8.0.1 Shield Experience).

Sorry for the late notice, just wanted to let you know that the team is still working on this. I don’t want to sound too optimistic, but it might be possible that next beta (v7.28) will contain a fix for this.

Thanks for the information. I hope the problem is going to really solved. It’s been too long. I believe you will fix it, because otherwise PLEX is great.
