Playing one specific playlist in Plexamp crashes Plex media server

Strange occurence:

I created a playlist “Unrated after 2000, not classical”, and when this is played on plexamp on android (away from home) or on a win11 pc on the PMS LAN, it crashes plex media server. Couldn’t figure out why via the logs (wasn’t sure what to look for and wasn’t sure which logs to check).

If you would like logs, please let me know which ones.

Other playlists are fine.

Plexamp logs on Windows are relatively easily accessible.
Please provoke the crash with Plexamp on Windows.
Then fetch both Plexamp logs and the Plex Media Server.log from the Server logs (manually), before restarting Plex Server.
Zip the logs before uploading here. You can send them to me per PM, if you want.

Thank you - there was one log in the plexamp log folder; the PMS requested and plexamp server log attached above.

I’m no specialist, but it looks to me that the crash was caused by resizing a certain album cover, that was part of that playlist.
If the crashes are new, I’d look at albums which were added only recently to that playlist.

Ah, thanks, that’s interesting. Is that a bug in plex/plexamp? I don’t resize images in plex intentionally.

No, it is happening in Server, since this is what crashes.

It happens all the time, because the server is scaling down images for the various client types and viewing sizes automatically.
