Playlist & Category Wide, Mark as Played & Unplayed

I would like it possible for all the items in a ‘category’ or all the items in a ‘playlist’ to be ‘mark as played’ & ‘Mark as Unplayed’

An alternative would be an option to not resume playback on all the items within a category.

I have a category full of music videos, I also have a playlist of this content. and every time I play the playlist, many items are skipped completely as the watch status says there is a second left (to resume) and some items start part way through the video, based upon previous viewing.

If I could mark the whole category as unplayed, then mark the whole category as played it would reset the watch status, or I could alternatively set all items in the list to not resume just always start from the beginning.

Thank you, please let me know if there is a way to acheive this.

Not in a Playlist, but in a Library, you can select any number of items and toggle the “Mark as played” selector. If you change the ‘played’ state in the library for anything that is in a playlist, the playlist will recognize that state.
