Google Chrome:
I have a playlist, that seems to add a file on its own. I remove that file and it comes back. Over and Over.
Plexamp (latest version) then also sees that item and puts it into its queue multiple times.
How do I delete it.?

Inspect the icon of this playlist. If it has a little cog wheel overlaid on it, it is a “smart” playlist.
Smart playlists are built by a filter condition. Any newly added file which fits this condition is automatically added to the playlist.
If the playlist was created in plexamp, you might not be able to edit the filters with the web app (yet).

It is not a “Smart” Playlist. Just one into which I manually add tracks in Flex itself.
It seems to pick up random tracks from an unrelated directory.

Are you adhering to the required folder organization? It sounds as if many of these songs are “unmatched” and somehow share their “identity”.
