Playlists not working on Nvidia Shield or FireTV - UPDATE

Server Version#: Version 1.25.8.5663
Player Version#:Nvidia Shield TV Pro - latest version

Hello,

UPDATE: Since I am not getting any responses to this issue, thought I would update the situation. I have checked all my devices (2 iPads, 2 FireTVs, 2 PCs, 2 Nividia Shield TV Pros). The playlist function works perfectly on the PCs (Windows 10) and on the iPads. It does not work on any of the Android devices. I am using the latest PLEX clients on the Android devices and my PC-based server is also on the latest update.

On the non-working Android devices, I can see the playlists (boxes without artwork that show the number of items in the playlist) but when I click on them, I get the “Media not available” message. On the Windows and iOS systems, the boxes show with artwork and work perfectly.

I would seriously appreciate any help.

(ORIGINAL POST)
Recently noticed that my movie playlists are not accessible thru PLEX clients. I have 2 Nvidia Shield TVs running latest PLEX client and latest working (finally!) Nvidia update. Also have 2 Amazon FireTVs with latest updates. All are connected via ethernet to my PC based server…

Here is the problem:
If I open the PMS console on my PC, I can see my movie playlists and can play movies thru them. I can see the playlists on my FireTVs and Shields (although they are just empty boxes - no artwork). However, when I click on them I get the error message “Media Unavailable”.

All other PLEX functions work normally. I can sort movies, play movies, view and play collections, etc.

What I have tried:
Deleting and recreating playlists = same result.
Rebooting everything = same result.

I am quite certain that the playlists were accessible and worked about a month ago on every device. I have used them regularly over the years. Not sure if I have updated PMS more than once since the last time things were working.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
