Hi there! I recently upgraded 2 of my PMS to version 1.3.4.3285 and now Playstation apps are requiring a plex pass to play HD content. The error message is “The video did not start playing in time.” However, if I login with a plex pass account, the issue goes away and the content streams fine from the same server.

Hi there, we haven’t made any changes in the application to require a Plex Pass anywhere in the PlayStation app. That’s super curious behavior you’re seeing.
