Title says it all. I usually add new files on my PMS from another source (transfer over network to my Plex folders), and it often gives me trouble with matching metadata. Once the wrong metadata has been fetched, using "fix incorrect match" doesn't usually fix it. If I go directly on my server and use "unmatch" first, then it works. I wish I could do this over Plex Web and not have to go to my server everytime.

the plex/web interfaces is your server in this context so i don’t understand what you mean as a difference between “going directly to your server” and Plex/web ( both the local 1.0, and pelx.tv 2.0 web apps have this option)
but anyway when on the preplay screen hit the 3 dots on the left to access the additional options
Weird, now I look at it and it's there... I did exactly that (or, so I though...) before, and I only had Analyse, Fix Incorrect Match and something else (sync?) as options.
Oh, well, now I feel stupid. Please disregard lol
