Please Help Basic Claiming of Server

Server Version#: 1.59.1.3398-dab42972 (plex for windows)
Player Version#: ( 4.87.2 web version)

Had this problem prior to swapping out external hard drives, but it persists after.
Basically, my old Ext HDD failed, but had backblaze send me a new one. Copied data from backblaze’s HDD to a new HDD i purchased, but the whole “Not authorized
You do not have access to this server” message shows, no matter if I use Plex for Windows app, or web version.

Can anyone assist?

Thank you. I decided to use a registry script to try to fix the issue, “Method #1” on :

Ironically prior to me doing anything my friends all told me that Plex was up and running! So I decided to check my local TVs and lo an behold they had access to Plex too!.

No clue what is going on, since my server itself says it doesnt have access…? But I am going to go through with the registry script token reclaimation and see what happens to my server. Honestly though, I dont care if my PC server plays Plex, cause no one watches Plex from the PC server, it’s only watched from the local and remote locations, lol.

Why is that?
