PLEASE HELP: BUG in thetvdb request...

Hello,

 

i have the Mickey Mouse (2013) Collection insert in Plex.

Plex with thetvdb don't find any information for this, but when i try THE SAME URL in safari/chrome i getting the correct Result.

 

Look here:

I need from the result follow Serie:

When i see in the LOG file, Plex call THE SAME URL, BUT WITHOUT the result with 280212. Why ?

From the search query it looks like you searched for "Mouse". If this was a manual search, try it again and search for "Mickey Mouse" (that worked for me). If this was an automatic search, check if the folder that contains those videos is named correctly (not just "Mouse").

Results for just "Mouse" (using "Fix Incorrect Match") didn't include the correct show for me either:

When searching for "Mickey Mouse" the correct show was listed:

Yeah, it looks like it’s been deleted. There a discussion about it on their forums.

You can try and use the Movie Database agent for this series, they have it listed.
